Items sold at our Summer Blowout Sale and Winter Blowout Sale are final sale products. Any item that says "FINAL SALE" are also final sale products. They can not be returned.

We want all of our orders to be LOVED by you and your Littles. Product can only be returned if it has not been washed or worn. This is due to hygiene and we can not resell worn products. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order and the return package must be dated by the postal service within the 7 days in order to receive the full refund. In order to start the process, please email us at hello@shoplittlemillers.com. Let us know that you'll be returning the product and then mail the goods.  Please keep your tracking information. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will then issue a refund. Buyers are responsible for the paying of the return shipping.

We sometimes run out of sizes quickly so we ask that you email us at hello@shoplittlemillers.com if you'd like to start an exchange that way we can pull the pair that you'd like in return. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the products. They can only be made if an item has not been washed or worn. Shipping must be covered by the buyer in one direction (either shipping back the items that need to be returned or having the new product sent out). Once we receive the returned product, we will then send out your new order.

Please expect 3-5 days before an order is shipped, especially orders that are placed on drop days or other wise noted on our banner at the top of our website.

Local pickup is also available as a shipping method. Pick up would be in Mesa, AZ (85206). Items will need to be picked up within 3 business days after receiving the "ready for pick up" e-mail and coordinating a date with Anais. Anais travels back and forth from Mesa and will need to bring your order with her. After the 3 business days, we will refund your order and make the product available for other buyers.
